KTH Campus Navigator is a web application designed to assist KTH students in locating different rooms on campus, such as examination halls, lecture theaters and computer rooms.
Developed by KTH students for their fellow peers, KTH Campus Navigator is all about making exam days a whole lot easier. No more stressing over finding your way to exam rooms – we've got you covered!
Our app combines a hand-crafted map design, the functionality of GPS and user-friendly simplicity, making navigation around campus effortless.

SPRINTS
Sprint 1
Sprint Goal:
Develop basic functionality by integrating interactive campus map with building selection and implementing search.

Sprint backlog:

Display a map of KTH Campus on the homepage.

Click on a building on the map to show its floor plan.

Sprint 3
Sprint Goal:
Integrating a 2.5D map with interactive buildings (all buildings) and indoor room search functionality.
Sprint backlog:​

Search for any room in KTH Campus and receive indoor direction.

Drawing of 2.5D map of KTH Campus completed.

Ability to click on all buildings in the new map.
Sprint 2
Sprint Goal:
When a room in either the Q- or U-building is searched in the search box, a route to the room is displayed.

Search for a room in the search box.

Get directions between floors and to different rooms within the Q-building.

Get directions between floors and to different rooms within the U-building.
Sprint 4
Sprint Goal:
Implement user input for navigation points, real-time GPS positioning and display of routes on the outdoor map.

Input a starting point and an ending point.

When the position is set and the destination is searched, the route is displayed on the outdoor map.
